NotesRSS Terms of Service
Welcome to NotesRSS (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NotesRSS website, applications, and related services (“Platform”) provided by NotesRSS.
By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

NotesRSS allows users to connect supported third-party services (such as Evernote, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Zapier) and automate the posting of content via RSS feeds to authorized social media accounts.
Users are solely responsible for the content posted and the accounts connected.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NotesRSS to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the service or others.
5. Third-Party Services
NotesRSS enables integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Evernote, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Zapier).
Your use of those platforms is subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
NotesRSS does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices.
6. User Content & Responsibility
You retain all rights to the content you create and post through NotesRSS.
By using NotesRSS, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and store your content as needed to provide the service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish or distribute via NotesRSS.
7. Privacy
Your use of NotesRSS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability &; Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to limit your use of the Platform, and to modify or terminate your account at our sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
NotesRSS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotesRSS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any other matter relating to the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotesRSS, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, liability, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NotesRSS is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
